Our return system is fairly simple and very clear. We offer full returns on all items if they are damaged or incorrect. All you have to do is email our staff, send photos of the item or items, explain the issue and soon you will be refunded.

Our shipping is something that may confuse first time customers and we understand how scary that can be. Our websites average shipping time is a minimum of three days but can be up to eight days, you may not receive a tracking code as not all of our suppliers use USPS or main shipping providers.
